Sega have unleashed perhaps their greatest weapon yet in the war against Nintendo for video game supremacy. With his red shoes and spiky hair, Sonic the Hedgehog is racing his way to the top of the "must-have" list of rad things. The goal of the game is to rescue Sonic's furry friends of South Island, who have been turned into robots by the dastardly Dr Robotnik. It shouldn't be too difficult for our blue hero, with speed that would put Barcelona Olympic hopeful Linford Christie to shame.
